Welcome to the website created by the communities of Camp Bay, Charteris Bay, Church Bay, Diamond Harbour, Port Levy and Purau.

Diamond Harbour and surrounding districts are located on beautiful Banks Peninsula, on the South Island of New Zealand, about 45 minutes from the city of Christchurch.

Music comes back to Diamond Harbour

Starting from 18th December there will be live music every Sunday at the DHB Rec Ground next to the Memorial Hall, 12 - 4pm.
Acts include Paul Ubana Jones, The Eastern and Black Velvet

Diamond Harbour Fish and Chips

Now that Matt and Mariele have settled into providing this fantastic service they have changed their timings slightly - Friday and Saturday evenings 5pm - 8pm - Support your local service

Visiting Vet - every Tuesday

Paul Williams from Little River Veterinary Clinic visits Diamond Harbour area every Tuesday, making house and farm calls. He can also delivery pet food and health products. Visit Little River Vets

Special Notice for Visitors to Diamond Harbour

Unfortunately Diamond Harbour/Church Bay no longer has a Petrol Station. Be careful .. the nearest petrol station is on Colombo Street in Cashmere or if you go via Gebbies Pass there is a petrol station in Tai Tapu.
