About Our Association
Begun in 1976 by a group of local enthusiasts, the Association has as it's objectives
| 1. | To create, cultivate and foster an interest in history |
| 2. | To collect, research and preserve items of historic interest |
| 3. | To search for, proclaim and research sites, building and places of historical interest within the district |
| 4. | To arrange a programme of meetings and excursions for it's members |
